I am super excited about today's post. This is my first attempt at character cake pops. In case you did not know these are reindeer (Rudolph to be more specific)...Something about those buggy eyes makes them look like they are staring at headlights (kinda creepy). Next time we will have to get them some new eyeballs. I put some of the best looking reindeer in the front. Some of these poor little guys got splitting headaches as the chocolate cracked across the top when I was putting on the antlers. I probably will not be making these again this season so I will work on a remedy to the cracked heads next year. Have you ever tried to split a pretzel right down the middle. I have to tell you it takes skillzzz!!!
